1. Scope and provider
These terms govern all orders placed through balkan.expert with Balkan, Raesfeldstraße 26, 48147 Münster, Germany ("we", "us"). They apply in the version valid at the time of the order.
2. Products
We sell digital yoga and wellness programs delivered as PDF ebooks, and a digital Premium Extended Support service. Product descriptions on the store are non-binding until an order is confirmed.
3. Conclusion of contract
By placing an order and completing payment you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order and/or provide access to the digital product.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is due immediately upon ordering via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. Shopify Payments, credit card, PayPal).
5. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment you receive access to download your files, usually immediately. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping costs apply.
6. Licence and permitted use
Upon full payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, publish or otherwise make the content available to third parties. All intellectual property rights remain with Balkan.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal, including the rules on early expiry for digital content.
8. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Our content is provided for general wellness and educational purposes and is not medical advice; please consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
9. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Applicable law and severability
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
