- Order & contact data: name, email address, billing address and purchase details.
- Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never store your full card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookie/usage data.
- Communications: any messages you send us.
3. How we use your data and legal bases
- To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
- To comply with legal and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- To secure our store, prevent fraud and improve our services — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails where you have consented — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing your data
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the store, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors and email/communication tools. These providers act as processors under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our store is hosted by Shopify International Ltd., which processes order, payment and customer data on our behalf to provide the platform.
