The Balkan Yoga Program and Premium Extended Support are digital products delivered as downloadable files and digital services. The following applies to your purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for consumers
As a consumer in the EU you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Balkan, Raesfeldstraße 26, 48147 Münster, Germany, support@balkan.expert) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have (a) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By purchasing and immediately downloading or accessing the digital product, you give this express consent and acknowledgement, and your right of withdrawal ends.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw in time (where the right has not expired), we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; no fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

Refunds outside the right of withdrawal
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are otherwise final once access or download has begun. If you experience a technical problem accessing your product, contact support@balkan.expert and we will make it right. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
